Some time ago, we had a bit of a bombshell. The owners of the land the TEE Coffee Shop is situated on informed us that they wanted the land back....
We recently discovered that the land is going to be a warehouse of some description....
My mother in law took about 2 months to get over it (see wasn't happy!) But, where there is a will, there is a way..... and after lots of searching, we have now found this new plot, only a very short distance from the original coffee shop..
So, the new shop is currently 'under construction'. Taking what we have learned from the first outing, I believe this new shop will be more successful than the last.
Watch this (currently derelict) space..

lol typical paranoid thai's
who would want to set up a crummy coffee shop making 1000 b month
a warehouse sounds much better
ps. i am a twat

Ben so sorry to hear about you losing your original coffee shop plot. I hope the new site picks up where the old one left off and at least you've got a good knees up to look forward to when the monks come to bless the new business. If you need any snow I can give you a good deal on some right now, I've got plenty of it. Best wishes.

Thanks Martyn, we are well into this new project now. We are basically transporting the whole place to the new site, and leaving nothing behind... Hardly even a blade of grass!

You've had a busy life since I lasted sailed the Pirate's waters. Congrats on your exciting new "new and improved" shop. But that's pretty bare ground. Hope the move and expansion go well. What's in your plan in terms of drinks and food?

Hello Rick - There will be a restaurant down the end, with the coffee shop to the left of the picture. Food & drink - The usual Thai fare!
