It really does look like the jungle is trying to reclaim the city. For some reason these pictures are really making me miss Bangkok at the moment.

...sorry bout that Talen. Bangkok, its a love hate relationship definitely... So much character, so much to discover, so much traffic lol. This time of year the greenery does help to bring a new face to the outskirts ...

Sorry for mentioning this Talen... but my neighbourhood (Ari) is pretty green. Trees are everywhere (even encroaching into the streets).
And if you don't watch it when walking on the sidewalks, you'll come away with a few bruises as there are trees planted in the middle too.
So if you DO visit that fabulous Issan restaurant I mentioned, keep the Singha to a minimum or you'll be in trouble for sure :-D

All that rain gives the place a good rinse as well! I'm glad we're nearly through the all the wet tho, amusing to see the Thai's walking around in scarves and coats in weather that is essentialy shorts and t-shirt weather for the average Brit!
